Constructing broken road is one thing but destroying good roads THEN constructing it again is plain absurd.

This is what's happening this past few months here at Baguio. Construction is being done everywhere and I don't see the reason of it even though some of the roads are in good condition. All I see is plain corruption...and it's bugging not only me but many of the locals as well.
