Dell is getting into mobile phones?

Considering Dell's reputation as a laptop and desktop tycoon, it is surprising that they will also venture into mobile phones. Then there's the competition with iPhone of Apple and Zune of Microsoft.

I wonder if they could make a differnce in the market.
